1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to, accessing, or using any services provided through tivimatepro.us, you explicitly agree to be bound by these TiviMate Pro USA terms of service. If you do not accept all provisions outlined in this agreement, you must refrain from using our server gateways immediately.

We reserve the right to revise or modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective timestamp.

2. Description of Streaming Services

TiviMate Pro USA is an independent provider of high-bandwidth digital media streaming feeds, M3U playlists, and Xtream Codes API server logins. We do not sell media player software applications or physical set-top streaming boxes.

Subscribers are solely responsible for acquiring their own compatible hardware (such as an Amazon Firestick, Nvidia Shield, or Google TV) and licensing third-party player applications such as TiviMate Premium from authorized app stores.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Restrictions

Each standard subscription package grants access for a single concurrent connection unless you have purchased an explicit multi-connection add-on. Sharing, distributing, or publicly broadcasting your Xtream Codes API username and password is strictly prohibited.

If our automated security monitoring detects concurrent connections originating from distinct public IP addresses exceeding your account allowance, your line may be automatically suspended without refund to protect server stability.

4. Service Availability & 99.9% Uptime SLA

While we maintain redundant North American edge clusters engineered for 99.9% uptime, internet transmissions remain subject to third-party network conditions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service caused by upstream ISP bandwidth throttling, local Wi-Fi packet drops, or power outages.

Scheduled server maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever feasible, typically occurring during off-peak morning hours.

5. Subscription Terms & WhatsApp Activation

Subscriptions are offered in 3-Month ($29), 6-Month ($49), and 12-Month ($79) increments. All purchase requests and initial setups are confirmed directly via our secure WhatsApp customer dispatch.

Subscriptions do not automatically bill or re-charge your payment method. When your active subscription approaches expiration, our support team sends a notification so you can voluntarily renew.

6. Trademark Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

TiviMate is a registered trademark of Armobsoft FZE. tivimatepro.us is an independent IPTV subscription service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Armobsoft FZE. We do not sell the TiviMate Premium app unlock. All other trademarks, trade names, and product names referenced on this site belong to their respective proprietors. 7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, TiviMate Pro USA and its technical operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with relevant US commercial statutes.
